You have the right to be forgotten. You can request us to delete your personal data:

You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we process your personal data. If it turns out that we are processing them, then you have the right to access them, you can also obtain information about the purposes, categories of personal data being processed, the recipients of this data, the planned period of storage of your data, and your rights under the GDPR. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data.

You have the right to submit a request for rectification and completion of the personal data provided by you.

Art. 20 GDPR

You have the right to receive from us your personal data that you provided to us, and then send it to another, personal data administrator. You can also request that we do it for you, as long as it is technically possible.


Despite the request for deletion of personal data, objection or withdrawal of consent, we may retain some of your personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of establishing, investigating or defending claims.

If you make any of the above requests, we will comply with or refuse to comply with them promptly, but no later than one month after receiving it.

However, if - due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests - we will not be able to meet your request within a month, we will comply with it within the next two months, but we will inform you in advance about the intention to extend the deadline.
